RECIPES

Coffee Mocha

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) coffee
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, to taste, for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings, to taste, for garnish
  1. Brew strong coffee in your favourite method
  2. Combine the milk and heavy cream and heat on the stove until hot but not boiling.
  3. Combine the hot coffee, hot milk and cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Froth the residue using a milk frother or by simply shaking the same inside an airtight container.
  4. Pour the drink into a mug. If desired, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!

Orange spiced coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 Sunkist® Navel oranges
  • 8 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cloves
  • 5 cups filtered water
  • 1 whipped Cream, for garnish
  •  1 ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish
  1. Peel 1 Navel orange and add peels to coffee maker basket.
  2. Top with ground coffee, cinnamon stick and cloves.
  3. Add filtered water to coffee machine and brew coffee.
  4. Serve with cream and sugar if desired.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and orange zest.
  6. If desired, sprinkle ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
